The Faculty Credit Transfer Committee is the primary body responsible for matters regarding credit transfer, credit recognition, and the assessment of prior competences. Its core responsibility is to evaluate whether credits earned in other academic programs can be integrated into a student’s current curriculum.
Accepted credits may be handled in two ways:
Credits can be transferred from any of the student’s prior studies, whether completed within the same faculty, at another faculty or institution, or through international mobility programs (e.g., Erasmus+).
To be eligible for credit transfer, the following minimum requirements must be met regarding content and credit value:
All requests must be submitted through the Neptun system. Students may submit requests individually by course or as a group. For efficiency, it is highly recommended that students seeking to transfer multiple credits submit them within a single, consolidated request. While the Faculty Credit Transfer Committee holds the final decision-making power, it evaluates requests in consultation with the specific department responsible for the course in question
