The Foundation of the Faculty of Architecture at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics was established in 1994 by several faculty members, led by the then dean of the faculty, with the aim of providing financial support for the professional and academic work of our students.

Our students primarily request support for their studies abroad, but each year the Foundation also awards cash prizes to students who have achieved outstanding results in the Scientific Student Circle.

The Foundation became a public benefit organization in 1999, making it possible for individuals to support the Foundation with 1% of their personal income tax.

This website was launched by the Board of Trustees in February 2006 to provide information about the Foundation’s activities to interested parties.
