Why Us?

We have some reasons for coming study to Budapest.
Our teachers are reputed in Hungary and in other countries. They constantly improve their knowledge with taking part researches and professional programs. On the lectures students can get acquainted with the newest techniques and trends.
Budapest has urban environment and it is an easily accessible location in Central Europe. Students get help with accommodation arrangements from the university. It is a multicultural city with a lot of social spaces, and we also receive students from all over the world, so people can build international connections. There are many available services on and around campus: sports facilities, health center, libraries, city life, nightlife.
Budapest has good economical financial conditions compared to other EU countries. There are low prices on campus and across the capital. BME has modest tuition fees, health insurance is also cheap and full.

BME Építészmérnöki Kar
2025. október 9-én volt a BME Építészmérnöki Kar Urbanisztika Tanszéke által 6. alkalommal szervezett nemzetközi doktori konferencia, a „Facinf Post-Socialist Urban Heritage” nyitóeseménye. A három napos DOCONF2025 rendezvényt Prof. Zaránd Gergely DSc, a BME tudományos rektorhelyettese, Dr. habil Varga Tamás DLA, az Építészmérnöki Kar dékánja, és Dr. habil Benkő Melinda PhD, a DOCONF konferenciasorozat alapítója vezette be.
